Artistry is the basis upon which this company was founded. The ability to create something that no one else could even imagine. How often have you looked at a photograph of a flower and believed that it was so real, you could actually touch it, even though your brain knew better. That's exactly what we do with chocolate.

Most of the items displayed below started off as a "contest piece". Knowing that you're facing competition from some of the finest pastry chefs and chocolatiers in the world can serve to make you very creative. After the judging and the medal ceremonies, you return to the shop an ask yourself . . . . ."How in the world would I package this to ship it ?" Sometimes there is no answer. Some items never make it beyond the showcase. Other items do. Hence, not everything we craft can actually be sold, but they sure are fun to make !

Aside from creating the "uncreatible", we also lend our artistic flair to some family favorites. Hearts at Valentines Day, Bunnies at Easter, Cornucopia and Turkeys at Thanksgiving, and a myriad of wedding accessories. The catch is, they're made with the finest chocolate on earth.
